1) Overview

Craft Roast Atlas is a discovery service for coffee roasters and brew education. We do not sell beans on this site. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & account

You’re at least the age of majority in your region and able to form a contract.
Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity in your account.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4) Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk exporting or automated queries that degrade the service.
No posting unlawful content, spam or attempts to breach security.
Respect roasters’ trademarks and content when sharing links.

5) Roaster links & pricing

We curate links to third-party roasters. Stock, prices and shipping are controlled by those roasters and may change without notice. We may label any affiliate links near the link if used. Any purchase is a contract between you and the roaster.

6) Intellectual property

All site materials (design, text, code) are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute them except as allowed by law or by written permission.

7) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Education on this site is general; taste is subjective.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

9) Termination

You may stop using the site any time. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or law.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of choose jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of venue will have exclusive jurisdiction. (Set the final jurisdiction during launch.)

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify account holders before they take effect. Your continued use means you accept the new Terms.
